Mr. Reyes was a Senior Partner at KPMG for several years as a consultant Partner, participated in and managed projects in Strategic, Business Development, Corporate Governance, Restructuring Companies, Architecture design Organization, Business performance improvement, and process design and implementation, developing aggressive Business Model, Merge and Acquisition, Business Intelligence projects related to Organization, processes, technology and Finance and Supply Chain Management has conducted training and workshop for several Organizations in the Financial sector and other Industries in Latin American and Central Americas countries.

Mr. Reyes is a CPA at St. Maria University with Postgraduate studies in Finance and Management at MIT in Boston and the University of Richmond. Mr. Reyes was a professor of finance and management and a member director of the economy faculty at the Catholic University, Andres Bello administration council school. Former Professor of Finance invited from several Universities in Latin America, Lecturer of strategy and international business in various countries in the USA, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, writer of management articles in multiple media was President of the International Congress in International Financial Executives Institutes, former Director the Venezuelan Consultants Chamber, Honored   member of the Colombian Financial Institute, Former Board Member of Venezuelan Financial Executives Institute, Member of the American Chamber of Florida, Member of Venezuelan Business Club Florida, Member of the Venezuelan Executives Association Florida, Former President of Rotary Club International of Doral Florida
